Shipping Areas

We deliver our products to:

  • Slovak Republic

  • European Union countries

If you are interested in delivery outside the EU, please contact us in advance at info@liguard.sk.


Delivery Methods

We currently offer the following delivery options:

🚚 Courier Delivery

  • Delivery via DPD courier service

  • The shipment is delivered directly to the address provided during checkout

  • You will be informed in advance about the delivery date and tracking details

📦 Personal Pickup

  • Personal pickup is available by prior arrangement

  • Pickup location:
    Cukrovarská 156, 926 01 Sereď, Slovak Republic


Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after:

    • receipt of payment (bank transfer), or

    • order confirmation (cash on delivery)

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:

    • product availability,

    • destination country,

    • courier capacity.

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

    • delivery method,

    • destination country,

    • order size and weight.

  • The final shipping price is always displayed before order confirmation.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • you will receive a confirmation e-mail,

  • tracking information will be provided if available.


Receiving the Shipment

Please check the shipment immediately upon delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged:

  • report the issue directly to the courier,

  • and contact us as soon as possible at info@liguard.sk.

Failure to report visible damage upon receipt may affect the acceptance of a delivery-related complaint.


Special Information for Business Customers (B2B)

  • Invoice payment is available only for verified business partners.

  • Delivery conditions for large or repeated orders may be agreed individually.

Ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
